1 Plaintiffs in Error, Charles Dale Coslow and Jo Ann Coslow, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as defendants, were convicted by jury verdict of the misdemeanor offense of illegal possession of a stimulant, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRM-70-178. Judgment and sentence was imposed on March 30, 1970, and this appeal perfected therefrom.
